 Refunds 

Q. Can i cancel my order and get a refund? 

A. Yes if it's within 48 hours of your order being placed.   

However If it is in transit or being processed at the printer, then no i cannot cancel and give a refund. 

If its a pre order you  no longer want to wait for then contact me and i can arrange for you. 

Returns 

Q. Can i return my deck?

A. Returns are not accepted. especially since decks and people, hold vibrational energy. Customers esp. readers want 'energetically clean' decks that have been untouched.  I can't resell it as easily as a new deck. Generally i advise you to re-sell yourself,as it is more cost efficient this way than refunding and returning  

I do not refund based on these terms below:

  • Change of mind/cancel the order while it is mid transit of delivery to you.
  • Your item is showing delivered but you claim you didn't receive the item.
  • If you moved while your delivery was in transit and you did not organise forwarding mail - and the item was returned to sender-that is NOT my responsibility and i will not replace or refund.

We do NOT accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or edits to your order after ordering.

Additionally, we do NOT replace or refund lost untracked orders.

If there are issues or errors with your order, please email us at mysticstarlux@gmail.com with your order number, description of error, and picture evidence (if applicable).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
